Pacific Crest Trail: A Journey in Photographs Book Sale

We will be spending time with family over the Thanksgiving long weekend, including doing at least one hike. But first, we’re putting our book on sale for the holidays!

…and Happy Thanksgiving to you two, too! I think of you whenever I get on the Appalachian Approach Trail up at Amicalola as it still remains one of my favorite hikes! Michael will be spending Thanksgiving en route to Antarctica where he will attempt to summit the Vinson Massif with one other climber and a guide. Stay well, and I look forward to your posts on the T-Day hikes and the Channel Islands. Your book is still on our coffee table and we both enjoy thumbing through it from time to time; I hope your holiday sale yields best-seller numbers! – Patricia & Young Geezer (Atlanta)

    • Thank you Patricia! It’s awesome that Michael is attempting such a feat. We don’t doubt he’ll succeed. We’re so glad you continue to enjoy the book. Happy holidays!

Had to look up these islands. Learned something new. Hope climate change is to a minimum there…

    Happy holidays!

  3. Why do you specifically recommend ordering the book internationally from the PCTA’s website, when over there the book is full price ($49.95) and shipping would cost me an extra $40.86?
Buying from Amazon would cost me the $39.95 discount price, with shipping at $10.98. Seems like a better deal to me. I might even buy it over the weekend, finally.
